Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance backend APIs and front-end user interfaces.
- Development Leadership: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- System Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve application speed and reliability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Manage and deploy applications on AWS or Azure, ensuring infrastructure as code (IaC) best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Styled Components).
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or similar runtime environments.
- Databases: Deep understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and version control (Git).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.
