Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance backend systems for Project 2026.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating advanced AI models into production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Establish coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices for the engineering team.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to ensure excellence.
- Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies early in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of distributed systems.
- Proven track record of designing systems that handle millions of requests per second.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
