Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the development of scalable, high-performance software architectures capable of handling the demands of future data loads and AI integration.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the technical strategy for Year 2026 initiatives, ensuring all systems are built with longevity, adaptability, and future-proofing in mind.
- Quantum Readiness: Identify and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing primitives, edge AI) into current system designs to prepare for the post-2026 landscape.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate complex futuristic requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Code Review & Standards: Establish and enforce rigorous coding standards and architectural best practices to ensure system integrity and security.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a Senior or Lead role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in languages such as Python, Go, Rust, or Java, with deep knowledge of distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological trends and apply them to solve current business problems.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse engineering teams through complex digital transformations.
