- Optimize Neural Architectures: Fine-tune large language models and reinforcement learning agents to achieve peak performance and efficiency.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI development, bias mitigation, and data privacy compliance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into architectural blueprints.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
