Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision and technical strategy for the 2026 roadmap, focusing on AI integration and scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Design and implement high-performance, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling next-generation workloads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready computing, advanced neural interfaces) and evaluate their applicability to our product suite.
- Mentor junior engineers and senior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Ensure code quality, security, and compliance across all new development initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and systems design, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust, or TypeScript) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, distributed systems in fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning operations (MLOps) and data pipeline architecture.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the FinTech, HealthTech, or Future-Tech sectors is highly desirable.
