Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning R&D efforts with business goals.
- Lead architectural decisions for scalable systems integrating AI and Quantum technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-proof solutions.
- Identify emerging tech trends and assess their potential impact on our product portfolio.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects in modern engineering practices.
- Manage vendor relationships for advanced technology procurement and integration.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI or Future Tech.
- Deep understanding of System Design, Microservices, and Cloud Native architectures.
- Proven experience leading strategic initiatives from concept to deployment.
- Strong background in Python, Go, or Rust, with exposure to Quantum computing frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
