Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical vision and execution plan for our major 2026 product releases and infrastructure upgrades.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the deployment of robust, scalable systems that handle millions of data points with zero latency.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Synthetic Biology integration) and evaluate their viability for our core platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and C-level executives to translate high-level business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of top-tier engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and technical curiosity.
- Risk Management: Establish rigorous testing and security protocols to ensure system integrity and data privacy in a rapidly evolving landscape.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP), distributed systems, and modern programming languages (Go, Rust, Python).
- Visionary Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate industry trends and implement forward-thinking technical strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated history of solving high-stakes architectural challenges and optimizing legacy systems.
