Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and architectural design for core systems, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term vision.
- Lead AI & ML Integration: Architect scalable frameworks for integrating Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning into our existing product suite.
- Cloud Infrastructure Strategy: Oversee the migration and optimization of cloud-native architectures on AWS and Azure, ensuring high availability and security.
- System Scalability: Design high-performance, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling exponential user growth.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary technical liaison between product management and engineering, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and architectural risks, implementing proactive measures to mitigate them.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, Java, or C++; experience with microservices architecture.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong proficiency in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- AI Knowledge: Hands-on experience with AI/ML model deployment and data pipeline architecture.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
