Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and architecture for long-term technological initiatives, ensuring alignment with the year 2026 vision.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) to determine their viability for enterprise integration.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure systems that can withstand future demands and integration complexities.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, articulating complex architectural decisions clearly.
- Future-Proofing Implementation: Oversee the implementation of infrastructure that is adaptable to regulatory changes and technological shifts.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a strategic or visionary leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), Microservices, and Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about the future state of technology and apply it to current problems.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Certifications: Professional certifications in Cloud Architecture or AI/ML (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect) are a plus.
