Responsibilities
- Define the Technical Vision: Lead the strategic planning and architectural design for projects targeting the 2026 timeframe, focusing on next-gen AI integration and cloud scalability.
- System Design: Architect complex, distributed systems that can handle high-volume transactions and real-time data processing.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and best practices.
- Roadmap Execution: Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize existing infrastructure to improve performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership with clarity and confidence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and microservices architecture.
- AI & ML: Strong understanding of integrating Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into production environments.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous technical problems with creative solutions.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within scope.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
