About The Role
You will act as the chief architect for our long-term technology vision. You will collaborate with C-suite executives to identify emerging trends and translate them into actionable technical strategies. Your work will ensure our platforms remain scalable, secure, and ahead of the curve as we approach the 2026 technological horizon.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying key emerging technologies to integrate into our core products.
- Emerging Tech R&D: Lead research initiatives in Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and Edge Computing to validate feasibility and ROI.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient architectural frameworks that support rapid growth and future expansion.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling strategies for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all future-forward solutions adhere to strict security protocols and industry compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic or leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Emerging Tech: Demonstrated experience or strong interest in AI/ML, Quantum Computing, or Web3 technologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Certifications: Cloud certification (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect) or equivalent is a plus.
