Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and architectural design for systems resilient to post-quantum computing threats.
- Oversee the integration of Generative AI and Large Language Models into core business workflows.
- Define and enforce coding standards and best practices for high-performance distributed systems.
- Mentor and develop senior engineering talent, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Ensure data privacy and ethical AI compliance in all system implementations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience with quantum computing concepts and cryptography is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust.
- Proven track record of leading teams through digital transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
