Responsibilities
- Architect & Lead: Design and oversee the development of scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of supporting 2026-scale data loads.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for future tech initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry trends.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation and excellence, mentoring junior engineers and conducting technical architecture reviews.
- Research Integration: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge research from the AI community into production-grade systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Ethical AI Governance: Implement frameworks to ensure AI systems are fair, transparent, and safe for global deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focusing on AI and machine learning.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks. Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technical strategies.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous problems and navigate complex technical challenges.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
