Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the creation of a comprehensive 5-year technical strategy, identifying key milestones and deliverables for the year 2026.
- Evaluate Emerging Tech: Continuously assess emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) and evaluate their potential to disrupt and enhance our core products.
- Architectural Leadership: Guide the architecture of scalable, future-proof systems that can withstand the demands of rapid growth and technological shifts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management, engineering, and executive leadership to align technical strategies with broader business goals.
- Innovation Management: Spearhead internal R&D initiatives and hackathons focused on solving complex problems for the next generation of our platform.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or technical strategy leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), distributed systems, and modern software development lifecycles.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think long-term, anticipate industry trends, and translate them into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Leadership: Strong track record of mentoring teams and driving adoption of new technologies across large organizations.
