Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for the year 2026, aligning AI capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- AI Integration: Lead the research and implementation of Generative AI and predictive modeling solutions to optimize business operations.
- Market Analysis: Conduct rigorous analysis of emerging technologies and market trends to identify high-value opportunities for disruption.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and drive the transition from prototype to production.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Strategic Technology roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and large language models (LLMs).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies that drive business growth.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage high-stakes projects.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
