- AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models to optimize operational efficiency and product development.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging tech trends, specifically focusing on future tech niches like quantum readiness and neural interfaces.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure the successful execution of futuristic technical projects.
- Innovation Labs: Establish and manage an internal innovation lab dedicated to prototyping solutions for the year 2026.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in a strategic technical role within the software or technology industry.
