Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze disruptive trends across technology, markets, and societal shifts
- Develop actionable future scenarios and roadmaps for product development and corporate strategy
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into long-term decision-making processes
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Deliver compelling presentations and workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities
- Publish thought leadership content including white papers, trend reports, and industry forecasts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional research, analytical, and scenario-planning capabilities
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their societal impacts
- Outstanding communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight projects or published future-oriented work
