As a key member of our Global Strategy team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to develop actionable roadmaps that position our organization at the cutting edge of industry evolution. Your insights will directly influence product development, market entry strategies, and organizational resilience planning for the 2026 horizon and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive horizon scanning to identify and analyze emerging trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and present high-impact scenario narratives to executive leadership and board members
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
- Produce evidence-based trend reports and predictive models for long-term planning
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate foresight findings into innovation pipelines
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and socio-economic indicators for early disruption signals
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry experts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Deep understanding of AI, biotechnology, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Published thought leadership in foresight or strategy publications
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and foresight software
- Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable strategic recommendations
