- Develop 2026+ scenario models for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, energy, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof business models
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford labs on next-gen human-machine interface research
- Publish thought leadership in Nature Futures and Harvard Business Review
- Mentor junior futurists in trend synthesis and stakeholder communication
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent strategic foresight certification (CFP preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 clients
- Published research in exponential technologies or climate adaptation
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, Signal AI)
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and ESG frameworks
