Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, market disruptions, and societal trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-based frameworks for C-suite executives to navigate uncertainty and capitalize on future opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation roadmaps with long-term market evolution
- Deliver executive briefings and white papers on future-facing technologies and their business implications
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and global innovation networks
- Design and implement horizon scanning methodologies to maintain competitive advantage
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-proofing strategies and adaptive planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications or platforms
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CSFI, WFS)
- Experience with scenario planning, trend mapping, and horizon scanning tools
