Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology, economic, and sociocultural trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop quantitative and qualitative future scenarios using AI-driven forecasting models
- Create strategic roadmaps for product innovation aligned with long-term market evolution
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Lead interdisciplinary workshops to cultivate organizational foresight capabilities
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on emerging paradigms
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced R&D leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products or strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Experience with AI/ML forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or strategic foresight projects
