Responsibilities

- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for innovation initiatives

- Present foresight findings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Prototype and validate future concepts through rapid experimentation
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry futurists and academic partners
- Translate complex scenarios into actionable product development plans
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Social Sciences
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
- Experience with agile prototyping and rapid iteration frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
