Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-10 year technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging risks and opportunities in synthetic biology and Web3 ecosystems
- Author white papers and policy briefs for G20 summits and UN technology forums
- Design and execute large-scale foresight simulations using proprietary quantum modeling platforms
- Collaborate with venture capital partners to evaluate $500M+ deep tech portfolios
- Represent Horizon Ventures at Davos, CES, and exclusive industry roundtables
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent with 8+ years in strategic foresight
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals on exponential technologies
- Proven track record advising Fortune 500 C-suite on disruptive innovation
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and systemic risk assessment
- Proficiency in Python, R, and quantum computing simulation frameworks
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for international stakeholder engagement
- Certified Futurist (CF) from Association of Professional Futurists preferred
