Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multi-year foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, biotech, climate tech, and emerging social dynamics
- Translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and strategic initiatives
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive stakeholders
- Publish thought leadership on future trends and disruption vectors
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Quantify future risks/opportunities through data modeling and simulation
Qualifications
- 8+ years in foresight, strategy consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting technology adoption curves
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published work in future-focused publications or journals
- Experience with data visualization and trend analysis tools
