Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning for 2026-2030 trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Develop scenario-based strategic models for market disruption and competitive positioning
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling narratives
- Design and oversee innovation labs for prototyping future-facing solutions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on emerging paradigms
- Integrate foresight frameworks into product development and corporate strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, synthetic biology, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published author or speaker at global innovation forums
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on organizational strategy
