Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year strategic foresight initiatives for 2026+ horizon, identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Develop actionable innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Facilitate executive workshops to translate future scenarios into current strategic priorities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the firm at premier innovation forums
- Oversee cross-functional teams implementing future-proofing strategies for enterprise clients
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep technical knowledge across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder experience
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
- Experience leading global innovation initiatives with measurable ROI
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
