Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings for the executive board on emerging risks and opportunities
- Partner with product teams to translate future insights into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Establish global research networks with academic institutions and industry think tanks
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight projects with measurable outcomes
