Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future opportunities and risks
- Produce high-impact trend reports and white papers on disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies for collaborative research
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's foresight capabilities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global megatrends and geopolitical developments affecting 2026 business landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies proficiency
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
