- Partner with C-suite to align organizational strategy with future horizons
- Curate and present foresight findings to executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for tracking future-readiness metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of scaling futuristic initiatives to market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in at least one emerging tech domain (AI, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or Business
- Published thought leadership in innovation or strategy publications
