Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight roadmap using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead quantum-AI integration projects to prototype next-generation solutions
- Partner with R&D to incubate breakthrough technologies with 3-year commercialization horizons
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and mentor a high-impact futurist innovation team
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technology impacts
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite technology leadership
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech commercialization
- Proven track record of executing multi-year transformational initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published author in technology foresight or peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Strong network with global tech innovation ecosystems
