Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using quantitative/qualitative research methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive trends and future-proof organizational capabilities
- Produce high-impact scenario plans and strategic roadmaps for executive leadership and board presentations
- Build and maintain global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and product development pipelines
- Integrate ESG principles and ethical AI frameworks into long-term planning processes
- Mentor junior futurists and drive innovation culture through strategic storytelling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Business Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholder management experience
- Published thought leadership in futures research or strategic innovation (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact analysis) and data visualization platforms
