Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Produce actionable reports on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Host high-impact workshops for clients and stakeholders
- Identify emerging investment opportunities in future-focused sectors
- Represent the company at global innovation conferences and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or related field
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or Business preferred
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience leading global teams and multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and scenario modeling software
