Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Quantitative Sociology

- Expertise in Delphi methodology and AI trend prediction frameworks
- Proven track record influencing policy or corporate strategy through foresight
- Security clearance for government collaboration projects
- Proficiency in trend visualization tools (e.g., Palisade @RISK, Trendalyzer)
