Responsibilities
- Architect and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions in quantum computing, bio-integration, and AI ethics
- Develop predictive models for market disruption vectors and competitive landscape evolution
- Present executive-level strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven future narratives
- Build and manage a global network of futurist researchers and industry thought leaders
- Translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Champion ethical innovation principles and sustainable future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and disruptive technology forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation portfolio
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (e.g., Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan)
- Proficiency in foresight software (e.g., Foresight Pro, Trendalyzer) and data visualization tools
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams in ambiguous future-state environments
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
