Responsibilities

- Establish strategic partnerships with frontier research institutions

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of predicting technology adoption curves (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with Delphi methodology and scenario planning frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-vision implementations
