Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ scenarios
- Analyze disruptive technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and their market implications
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive stakeholders across diverse industries
- Author high-impact trend reports and future state whitepapers
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Integrate foresight outputs into corporate strategy and innovation pipelines
- Present future vision narratives to boards and C-suite leadership teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven expertise in exponential technology analysis and trend forecasting
- Experience developing scenario planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, economic, and technological megatrends
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or trend analysis required
