Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year scenario planning for 2026+ technological, social, and economic shifts
- Develop proprietary forecasting models using AI-driven trend analysis and human-centered research
- Design strategic frameworks for clients navigating exponential change (quantum computing, biotech fusion, neuro-interfaces)
- Present executive briefings to Fortune 500 leadership boards on future-proofing strategies
- Manage cross-functional teams of data scientists, anthropologists, and domain experts
- Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals and industry whitepapers
- Curate the annual Horizon 2026 Global Innovation Summit
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant technical field
- Proven track record of delivering Fortune 500-level transformation roadmaps
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Certification in Futures Methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Techniques)
- Prior experience leading global research teams with $5M+ budgets
- Published author in futures or technology domains with minimum 3 peer-reviewed works
- Proficiency in futures visualization tools (e.g., Palisade, Trendalyzer) and data storytelling platforms
