Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year strategic foresight programs focused on 2026 market evolution and technological convergence
- Develop and publish forward-looking trend reports, scenario analyses, and disruption assessments
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to align on future opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Advise leadership on emerging risks, ethical implications, and strategic pivots
- Represent the organization at global innovation conferences and future-focused forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused planning
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and disruption modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic impact in future-oriented initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
