Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 technology/market foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings for executive leadership on disruptive forces shaping 2026 industries
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation labs for trend validation
- Design and implement early-warning systems for emerging risks and opportunities
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Sociology, Economics, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy implementation
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling skills with executive presence
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex strategic initiatives
- Published thought leadership in future trends or technology strategy
