Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using quantitative/qualitative research
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and emerging risks
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario analyses for C-suite stakeholders
- Architect innovation pipelines aligned with 2026 technological and societal projections
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's future intelligence capabilities
- Present findings to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven expertise in AI, quantum computing, and biotech trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technology disruption
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
