Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ scenarios
- Analyze emerging tech convergence points (quantum, biotech, AI) and societal impacts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into operational roadmaps
- Develop predictive models for workforce evolution and skill transformation
- Produce executive briefings on paradigm shifts affecting industry landscapes
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and innovation accelerators
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing organizational resilience
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, futurism, or advanced R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technology ecosystems and convergence patterns
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable strategies
- Strong background in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems
- Exceptional communication skills for C-level and stakeholder audiences
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Science, or related field
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurism or technology journals
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning
