Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using quantitative forecasting tools and qualitative scenario planning
- Lead high-impact workshops with C-suite executives to align organizational vision with emerging technological paradigms
- Produce comprehensive trend reports on AI ethics, biotech convergence, and sustainable infrastructure developments
- Establish KPIs for innovation portfolio evaluation and track progress against 2026 strategic milestones
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight insights into actionable product development roadmaps
- Represent the organization at global futurist forums and maintain thought leadership through published insights
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative/qualitative field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Experience developing organizational strategic frameworks for 5+ year time horizons
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight or futures research (preferred)
