Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Author high-impact trend reports presented to C-suite executives and government bodies
- Design scenario-planning models to quantify future market disruptions and risks
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry pioneers
- Mentor junior futurists while driving innovation in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing predictive models for technological adoption
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Published author in futurist journals or industry white papers
