Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping technological and societal trajectories through 2030
- Develop and validate predictive models using quantum computing and advanced data analytics
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-ready frameworks into corporate DNA
- Produce high-impact scenario analyses for Fortune 500 clients and government entities
- Curate and lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints with MIT and Stanford researchers
- Represent the organization at Davos, TED, and other global thought leadership forums
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our proprietary 'Future Architects' program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field with 10+ years of applied experience
- Published author in top-tier foresight journals (e.g., 'Futures', 'Technological Forecasting')
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and weak signal detection methodologies
- Proven track record of influencing multi-billion dollar strategic decisions
- Deep technical understanding of at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive board-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful transformation of foresight into market reality
