Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging tech trends (2026-2030 horizon) through proprietary foresight methodologies
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and neurotech into commercial applications
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives and government agencies
- Author thought leadership publications on the socio-technical implications of 2026 innovations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
- Advise product development teams on long-term tech adoption curves
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, technology forecasting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of published futurist work or patent-protected innovations
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data visualization proficiency (Python/R/Tableau)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on technology disruption
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year tech predictions
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., from Foresight Practitioner Network)
