- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and publish strategic foresight reports

Qualifications
- PhD in Robotics, Quantum Computing, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing AI-human collaboration frameworks
- Expertise in sustainable energy systems and space habitat design

- Security clearance for government-contracted projects (or ability to obtain)
