Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of developing future scenarios that drove $50M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR, CFP)
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or future trends
