Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap, aligning with corporate vision
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops for C-suite stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and disruptive innovations
- Manage cross-functional innovation labs and pilot programs
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present trend analyses and risk assessments to the board of directors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Proven track record developing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Strategy (e.g., CFTR, CIMS)
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
