- Manage cross-functional teams to prototype and scale futuristic solutions
- Build proprietary forecasting models using AI and human intelligence fusion
- Represent company at global futurism forums and thought leadership platforms
- Drive patent strategy for emerging IP in quantum computing and biotech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and risk modeling methodologies
- Deep knowledge of 2026 technology vectors (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Published research or patents in futurism or innovation domains
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
