Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 global innovation strategy spanning AI ethics, quantum computing applications, and climate tech integration
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for disruptive technologies including generative AI, neuro interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Partner with product development teams to commercialize future-focused solutions with 5+ year market horizons
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions, government bodies, and emerging tech startups
- Present future trend analyses to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive briefings
- Oversee the Horizon Innovation Lab's research pipeline for emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization targets
- Drive organizational change management initiatives to embed future-readiness across all departments
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in innovation strategy, technology foresight, or future planning at Fortune 500 level
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal implications
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong data visualization skills with proficiency in future-mapping tools
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (white papers, books, keynotes)
- Experience building and leading cross-functional innovation teams across global markets
